Lakeside Estates is one of our premier communities. It is a gated community with a private boat launch. We also feature a swimming pool, basketball area and a lakefront walking trail. Designated overflow parking is provided for vehicles and trailers. You are 10-15 minutes from LaFollette TN where you can stock up on supplies or make a quick run for any last minute needs. Attractions in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge are close enough to take a day trip for extra fun and entertainment. There you can enjoy shopping, shows and many attractions. There are many golf courses in the area which makes a great weekend trip in fall or spring. Added bonus of the beauty of the mountains during any season.

All kitchens boast ample refrigerator and freezer space, providing a large area to cook and fully stocked utensils, along with cookware, to effortlessly accommodate all the guests’ culinary preferences and cooking styles.

Sleeping Accommodations

Beautifully appointed bedrooms featuring King, Queen and bunk style beds with pillow top mattress toppers for extra comfort and luxury. Almost all bedrooms are ensuites. We provide you with clean linens and bathroom towels. Be sure to bring your own towels for the lake and boating as we ask you keep the bathroom towels inside the property.

Several bedrooms have bathrooms attached as well as walk out access to the outside decks. Towels are provided as well and we ask that they are not to be used outside the house.

The house was great for our four families. Two couples stayed on the main floor and two couples and all the kids stayed downstairs. The house was in good shape. The kitchen was huge with plenty of cooking space and double dishwashers. The house itself was about a 10 minute, winding drive from the nearest town of LaFollette. In town you could get what you needed at the local Food Lion. If you are planning to go into Pigeon Forge, it is about an hour and 20 minute drive from the lake house. Overall the house was really nice and the owner’s treated us great. Good communication and response to all of our questions. Friends Getaway

This property was wonderful for our extended family of 15! We had 9 adults, and 6 kids (aged 2 months-10), and it was perfect! There were two tables, two refrigerator/freezers, two dishwashers, two dryers, and two ovens! There were more than enough cooking dishes, serving ware, and dinner ware. The property was very clean, so spacious, and so cozy! Communication with the property owner was extremely prompt! When we checked in we couldn’t figure out the fireplace and they had a maintenance worker to us in less than 15 minutes! I also contacted the owner about minor incidental items that needed to be replaced (oven mitts, dish towels, etc.) and she was very receptive and grateful for our feedback. We couldn’t recommend this place enough! Thanks for a wonderful Christmas 2021 stay! There’s Two of Everything!

We were looking for a nice place for two families with our adult children to relax and unwind after the holidays. This was the perfect spot!! We enjoyed the fire pit and the hot tub, and loved grilling out and cooking in the well stocked kitchen. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and everyone had their own bathroom! Would highly recommend! Perfect Respite after Christmas!!

This house was the perfect setting for a group of couples to get away for a weekend. The layout was wonderful for our large group and provided ample space for us all to be together.
