Be prepared to fall in love with this brand new to fall 2023, 4000 sq. ft 7 bed and 6 full baths; 2 half baths home. Two full decks also give you plenty of extra room to enjoy the outdoors. Sitting as close to the water as allows gives you a gorgeous unobstructed view of the lake and surrounding nature. Enjoy year round water and access to the dock as the house sits on quiet deep no wake water behind Flat Hollow Marina.
Main Floor
As you walk through the front door your eyes will be drawn to the gorgeous view of the lake out the windows. There is a gas fireplace for the chilly fall and winter nights. Plenty of seating for gathering in the TV area and large chef’s kitchen for the cooks. Two Beautiful King bedrooms and baths, 1/2 bath also on this level.
Second Floor
“On the lower level you will find a huge game room with game options for a crowd! Ping Pong, Foosball, multiple board games, scrabble etc…. We also have a refrigerator, counter top ice maker and TV. The two sets of washers and dryers can be found here along with 5 bedrooms, four full baths and a 1/2 bath. This level leads outside to a full covered deck with seating, swinging and a huge hot tub. From here you have a short and easy walk to the dock and water.
House Amenities
There is free internet but it is not high speed. Will likely only support texting and emails. Use of wifi calling is recommended.

This is a NON SMOKING home. Minimum age 28 years to rent. If this is a corporate event, please contact us for consideration. Service dogs are allowed but must be declared and certified. Rates are only accurate 12 months out, if you want to book more than a year out, please contact us for up to date rates.
