Be prepared to fall in love with this brand new to 2022, 4000 sq. ft 7 bed and 6 full baths; 2 half baths home. Two full decks also give you plenty of extra room to enjoy the outdoors. Sitting as close to the water as allows gives you a gorgeous unobstructed view of the lake and surrounding nature. Enjoy year round water and access to the dock as the house sits on quiet deep no wake water behind Flat Hollow Marina.
Main Floor
As you walk through the front door your eyes will be drawn to the gorgeous view of the lake out the windows. There is a gas fireplace for the chilly fall and winter nights. Plenty of seating for gathering in the TV area and large chef’s kitchen for the cooks. Two Beautiful King bedrooms and baths, 1/2 bath also on this level.
Second Floor
The lower level has 5 bedrooms. Bed configuration to be determined. The gathering area will comfortably allow seating and TV viewing plus outdoor ping pong table. There is a large laundry room. The second deck has a lighted hot tub and more conversational seating.
House Amenities
There is free internet but it is not high speed. Will likely only support texting and emails. Use of wifi calling is recommended.

Enjoy the beauty of the lake and mountains any season of the year. Take a day trip to Knoxville or Gatlinburg. Golf courses and hiking trails around the lake and ATV parks nearby (Royal Blue and Brimstone). Plenty of shopping for groceries and necessary items in LaFollette/Jacksboro.

Rates are only accurate 12 months out, if you want to book more than a year out, please contact us for up to date rates.
